We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping:

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium golf equipment with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our straightforward process below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All golf balls (Distance, Lake, Player, Practice, and Tour Golf Balls)
- Opened Golf Ball Accessories
- Custom-fitted clubs (except for damage or incorrect product)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your preference (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. For U.S. customers, use our provided return label. International customers will receive shipping instructions.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
