Our Return Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unmarked, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All golf balls (including Distance Golf Balls, Lake Golf Balls, Player Golf Balls, Practice Golf Balls, and Tour Golf Balls)
- Opened Golf Ball Accessories
Note: Custom-fitted clubs may only be returned if they arrive damaged or are the wrong product.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (for US customers) or follow the international return shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
